Combining power, strength, endurance, agility, speed, and cardio into one class, Hype Conditioning is designed for those who want to excel in their fitness level. In this fun high-intensity class, you will burn calories by practicing the 4 core human body movements: bend&lift, single leg, push and pull, and rotation. Our instructor will guide you to reach the maximum benefit of your fitness level.
